Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Evinta mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Evinta is a personal budget tracking application that:

  • Automatically reads SMS messages from banking institutions
  • Categorizes and tracks financial transactions
  • Provides budget management tools and insights
  • Generates spending reports and analytics
  • Sends budget alerts and notifications

The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Eligibility

To use Evinta, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Reside in a jurisdiction where the App is available
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws

If you are under 18, you may not use this App.

Account Registration

Creating an Account

  • You can revoke this permission at any time through device settings

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Only use the SMS reading feature for personal budget tracking
  • Not attempt to extract or misuse SMS data
  • Grant permissions only on devices you own or have authorization to use

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
  • Upload viruses or malicious code

Commercial Use

You may not:

No Endorsement

We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Effect of Termination

No Guarantee

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

No Liability for Damages

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Errors in financial tracking or calculations
  • Actions taken based on App information
  • Unauthorized access to your data

Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED:

  • The amount you paid us in the past 12 months, OR
  • $100 USD, whichever is greater

Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Evinta, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Dispute Resolution
